Want to upgrade your property or use the common areas?
When upgrading your property, please keep in mind that you live within a HOA community that governs rules & regulations, including upgrades. For example, if you’re upgrading your windows, you’ll need the regulations on which kind of windows have been approved for the community. Or are you wanting to upgrade your garage? You’ll also need the regulated garage doors that have been approved. Regulated upgrades keep our community uniformed and aesthetically pleasing thus helping keep our property values in good standing.
Parties within the common area and the pool are great amenities of our community. However, please be sure to send in a request for approval. This insures that the area is yours for the day and keeps anyone else from setting up a party on the same day or time. If you have any questions regarding use of any common area with the community, please contact the property manager with questions. – CLICK HERE
